TAKE A MEDITATION TIME-OUT!
In the midst of chaos or busyness take a simple meditation time-out to be restored.
No matter how grounded you or I are it’s easy to get caught up in the hectic pace of life or the pressures we put ourselves under.
In those moments I can choose to press on or take a meditation time out.
It’s not complicated! I find a spot to be still and listen to my breath. As I listen I become present to the moment and allow the thoughts that clutter my mind and spirit to pass by. In being present to life I offer thanks for the moment and often for some specific person or encounter.
My meditation time-out’s restore, re-balance and refocus my energy, spirit and day. How will you and I choose a meditation time-out today or each day?
